TARGET MARKET DETERMINATIONS
We are required under the Treasury Laws Amendment (Design and Distribution Obligations and Product Intervention Powers) Act 2019 to prepare and publish a Target Market Determination in relation to each of our credit products. This requirement takes effect on 5 October 2021.
A Target Market Determination (TMD) is a document describing the product and its key attributes, the target market for the product, conditions for the product’s distribution, reporting requirements for distributors and when and how often the TMD will be reviewed.
A TMD is not intended to provide financial advice and it does not contain all the terms and conditions of the product.
